Conservative-care Rehabilitation
Non-operative rehabilitation. We will work together to determine a diagnosis and formulate a personalized treatment plan to improve function, reduce pain, and engage in normal activities without surgery.
Post-operative Rehabilitation
Restoring function and mobility post-surgery. We are equipped to work with your surgeon to advance through the stages of rehabilitation back to optimal performance.
Recovery
Our Recovery Sessions are designed to keep you feeling and performing at your peak. Whether you’re bouncing back after a tough training week or prepping for a big game, these sessions help your body recover faster, reduce soreness, and improve mobility so you can train harder and play stronger. Each session is tailored to your needs and may include a combination of cupping, IASTM or electrical stimulation (E-stim).
