Frequently asked questions
We provide physical therapy services which consist of an initial evaluation followed by a set number of treatment sessions that will be determined at your evaluation. Services offered during treatment sessions include exercise prescription, education, manual therapy, e-stim and recovery modalities as deemed necessary at evaluation. We do NOT offer dry needling at this time.
In addition to physical therapy, we offer injury prevention sessions.
You can expect a 1:1 session with a doctor of physical therapy at each visit. Plan like you are going to work out at the gym - we believe that "rehab is training in the presence of injury". While sessions are scheduled for ~1 hour, allow some extra time, it is not uncommon that sessions may last up to 90 minutes to fit in everything, especially as you get closer to returning to full play in your sport!
Athletic performance sessions are run and designed by myself as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. These sessions are not for those with a current injury. Performance sessions are perfect for those who have just completed therapy, are about to start their sport season, or who are looking to improve their performance while reducing their risk for injury during the season. Appropriate for middle-high school and college aged students.
This program is most beneficial when scheduled 2x/week for 6 weeks with pricing details located at the "book now" link.
